By creating an account or using Vibrant Plate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Vibrant Plate is a general wellness app that uses AI to provide personalized nutrition guidance, meal planning, and habit tracking. Features include daily calorie and macro targets, food logging, progress tracking, supplement suggestions, and AI chat coaching.
The service is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibrant Plate. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Vibrant Plate offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Vibrant Plate, such as food logs, photos, and profile information. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service (for example, to display your meal history or generate personalized plans).
Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Your use of Vibrant Plate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Vibrant Plate, including its design, code, text, graphics, and AI-generated content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Vibrant Plate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your specific health needs.
The nutrition guidance provided is based on general principles and your self-reported data. It is not tailored medical advice. Always consult a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before making significant changes to your health regimen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibrant Plate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii, United States.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
